3. The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other place use Q345B. Pin’s material is 42CrMo4. When select the material of the long boom,according to the boom length,excavator model,attachment self-weight etc, most important is the working condition, we will select the right material to suggest you.
4. We will supply all the pipeline for you according to your application. For this demolition boom, we prepared 3 kit extra pipes for attachments. And for the extra pipes,we prepared stop valve, so it's convenient for assembling and dismantling attachments.
5. Some cylinders of the high reach demolition boom can use original cylinders to save the cost.
- Middle boom cylinder (Cylinder-1) can use original stick cylinder to save cost.(As customer requirements,we also can prepare this cylinder ourselves.)
- Stick cylinder (Cylinder-2) can use original bucket cylinder to save cost.(As customer requirements,
we also can prepare this cylinder ourselves.)
- Bucket cylinder (Cylinder-3):we will prepare bucket cylinder
6. We will issue the drawing and working diagram for your review before you place the order.
7.We will accroding the lenght to prepare counter weight for the demolition boom we supplied you.
