This integrated solution combines the VW9014/8 AI Mobile DVR with high-precision onboard weight sensors to ensure fleet compliance and cargo security. Using capacitive sensing technology (0.2mm accuracy), the system continuously measures load weight, synchronizes data with multi-channel video, and transmits everything via 4G to a central platform. Any overload or unauthorized weight change triggers instant alerts — helping fleet operators meet regulations while protecting cargo from loading to delivery.

How It Works

The capacitive non-contact sensor mounts on the vehicle frame without structural modification, detecting suspension deflection caused by load weight. With 0.2mm precision, shock resistance, and no moving parts, it delivers reliable readings across -20°C to 80°C environments. Data is fed via RS232 to the VW9014/8 MDVR, which overlays weight information onto video footage and streams it to the cloud.
