Main function

XM Series milling machine is one of the main asphalt concrete road maintenance equipment, mainly used for large-scale highways, urban roads, airports, freight yard, etc for renovation of asphalt pavement. One-time removal of entire concrete overlay. It can also be used for cleaning protuberance, oil layers, reticulation and vehicle tracks as well as road trench, tunnel excavation. cement road surface roughening and dislocation smoothness.

Structure and character

XM120F cold milling machine adopt the structure of front axle driving and mechanical driving milling drum that have feature of advanced performance,high efficiency, simple process.

Travel system: Tyres mode. Hydraulic and mechanical drive system that can shift stepless. High speed and low speed can satisfy request that devolve rapidly and milling.

Driving route of power: pump-motor-reduction gear-driving axle

Appending system: float front-wheel freely, support rear-wheel independently. Right rear-wheel can swing inward that is easy to mill the brim.

   Milling system: Mechanical drive mode, high efficiency,import milling cutter that have good using life. Driving route:

Controlling system of milling depth: Milling by adjusting height of left or right support legs, installing the assignment ruler on the back supporting leg that display the milling depth. The system can install Automatic Leveling Unit

     Turning system: Hydraulic turning system and flexible operation.

Cooling system: Fan-shaped muzzle jet water to the milling cutter, cool the milling cutter and lessen the dust. Bulky water-box long-time work incessantly. Electric water-pump, high pressure insufflation, take-down and clear easily the muzzle.

Conveyer: Fully enclosed conveyer have function of adjusting vertical height and horizontal wagging by hydraulic controlling systems.

     Brake: Consists of traveling brake and parking brake.

     Lighting system: Illuminating lamp for nightwork.

Steering pedestal and instrument board: Chair position can be adjusted back and forth and operator can step freely on the roomy maneuvering platform. It is comfort to manipulate the instrument and control handle.

Transportation security: The machine have several pick-up points that have function of crane or convey.

   Technique training

  It is allowable for user to be trained for two weeks on the scene or on the factory. Training contents include: operating, debugging, maintenance, hydraulic theory, electric theory, structure introduce,  construction method, safety precautions and so on.
