CRS450Z5 container reach stacker is particularly designed for handing 20ft and 40ft ISO containers, mainly used and operated for stacking and handing container in harbors and container depots, Compared with forklifts, with reliable and stable performance and low tire pressure, high stacking ability and high utilization rate, it is easy to operate and flexible in maneuver.
With retractable and rotatable spreader, CRS450Z5 container reach stacker is used for 20ft and 40ft ISO container handing, When in operation, it dose not have to vertically toward containers, and can be used to lift containers with small angle. When lifting, spreader can be rotated so as to pass narrow route ways and passages. And this greatly enhance the working efficiency. This type of container reach stacker can also be used and operated rough ground conditions.
Lifting of container by the stacker can be effected by lifting telescopic boom. When the boom and alevation cylinders extended, lift speed is faster, descending speed will be faster when the boom is locked . When in operation, the stacker can move smoothly with goods by adjusting lift and retracting the spreader. Therefore, using such equipment can largely increase operation sfficiency.
