Flat tubular cartridge Heaters are designed as an alternative form of round cartridge heater. It is designed mainly used on the mold heating, and liquid heating, and any applications need to increase the heating area with limiting heating space.

 

The flat tuburlar cartridge Heaters can be made based on customer’s specific requirements, can be designed to be different shapes and sizes. They are made swaged in lead, smooth platen surface to increase the heating transfer efficiency and long life time.

 

The Flat tubular Cartridge heater has a large contact area, rapid heating speed, high heat transfer efficiency, saving space, power, heating up fast, high reliability, high heat capacity, long service life advantages. The flat surface improve product quality performance while taking into account environmental protection and energy requirements of the times.
