Description:

 

These bayonet adapters are used with spring loaded bayonet cap type thermocouples such as the adjustable depth. When the thermocouple sheath is inserted through the adapter, the spring is compressed and locked by the cap pushing the sensor tight against the measured surface which in turn increases accuracy, precision, and response time.
