Product Description 

Screw plug immersion heaters are used in almost every liquid heating application imaginable, including water, mild solutions, detergents, vegetable oil, aqueous solutions, tar, asphalt, petroleum products, plating chemicals, molten salt baths, grease, gas or grape juice. Various sheath, screw plug and corrosion-resistant hardware materials are available. NEMA enclosures for all moisture and explosion-proof conditions, as well. Optional thermocouples for control or high limit protection, plus a full range of thermostatic controls, can also be provided.

3). Recognition to 480VAC and 600VAC respectively
4). Incoloy® sheath temperatures to 1600°F (870°C)
5). Passivated 316 stainless steel sheath temperatures to 1200°F (650°C)
6). 304 stainless steel sheath temperatures to 1200°F (650°C)
7). Steel sheath temperatures to 750°F (400°C)
8). Copper sheath temperatures to 350°F (175°C)
