GME manufactures custom made stainless steel sheath electric cartridge heaters for any application. 220v Cartridge heaters are a versatile and economical heat source for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.
Standard tube diameters are 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm, but other special sizes are available for electriccartridge heater 12v. Depending on the diameter, lengths can be supplied up to 3000mm. Standard sheath materials are Stainless Steel 201, 304, 316 and 321, but special sheath materials may be available based on diameter and size of the element required.
Electric cartridge heater with metal sheath provide superior heat transfer, uniform temperatures, resistance to oxidation and corrosion and long life even at high temperatures. Flexible lead wire extensions or other mounting options are available for specific applications.

Advantage:
1) Cartridges with extra-high watt density (40w/cm²) is available, most of the factory can only supply middle and low watt density about 20w/cm². The mimimum diameter we can produce is 3mm, most other factories make 6mm.
2) All our lead wires are pure nickle wire, but other factories use copper wires as lead wires.
3) Our lead wires are high temperature resisted ( about 400℃), most factories could only supply lead wire resist 150℃.
4) Our cartridge heaters are anti-moisture and waterproofed, class IP 65.
5) We can make cartridge heaters with distributed wattage, most of the factories can't amke .
6) We can make split cartridge heaters.
