RTD measures temperature by utilizing the characteristics as follows: When the material has the temperature change ,the resistance itself varies accordingly . When temperature gradient exists in the measured medium, it is the average temperature of the medium within the locating range of temperature-sensing element.
Introduction

For the measurement of higher temperatures we offer thermocouples with ceramic tubes, upon request with additional ceramic inner tubes. The thermocouples (e.g. type S) are insulated by a 2-hole or 4-hole insulating ceramic rod. The measuring point is laser-welded.

Application

It is usually connected with display meter, recording meter and computer, etc. to directly measure temperature of liquid, vapor, gas and solid surface ranging from -200 to 450 during various production process.
