Description:

 

1) This stainless steel mica band heater is used the high temperature insulation materials such as mica, ceramic, MgO, glass fiber, etc., and N-80 nickel alloy/high temperature iron-based alloy as heating material, and the shell is made of superconducting low carbon galvanized sheet or SUS304 stainless steel as a protective thermal material.

 

2) It is widely used in many industries such as mold heating, auto parts, plastic machinery, food machinery, medical equipment, HVAC engineering, laboratory equipment, and so on .

1. The sheath of the heater is rust resistance.
2. High class Nickel Chrome ribbon is used.
