Description:

Cartridge immersion heaters are capable of delivering a large concentration of wattage in a very small footprint size. A moisture tight fitting is welded or brazed to the cartridge heater sheath for mounting in the application device. Fittings are typically supplied in 304, 316 and 316L Stainless Steels, Steel and Brass alloys. A variety of end seals are available to address different environmental challenges. Typical end seal materials are RTV’s, Epoxies and PTFE end plugs; and , PVC or Silicone Rubber insulated lead wires are generally employed for power connection.
