The pressed in brass coil heaters (hot runner brass nozzle heaters) we provide deliver the benefits of cast in brass coil heaters and eliminate known problems associated with the casting process. Spring heating ring external using high quality Ni-Cr steel tube, the internal use of high pure magnesium oxide, high temperature resistance wire, and world-class manufacturing technology. The basic construction of these heaters consists of compacted MgO, high temperature resistance wire and Chrome Nickel Steel tube. With or without built in thermocouples. Widely used on hot runner nozzles, and manifolds, die cast nozzles, packaging machines.
