Wood Grain Transfer Process
Method 1: Heat Transfer Paper
- Select pre-sprayed or electrophoresis-treated substrate
- Wrap substrate with wood heat transfer paper and secure with high-temperature adhesive
- Enclose in heat-resistant plastic bag and apply vacuum (0.3-0.8Mpa)
- Bake in oven at 160-180°C for 5-8 minutes
- Remove from oven, extract plastic bag, remove transfer paper, and clean surface
Method 2: PET Thermal Transfer Film
- Select pre-sprayed or electrophoresis-treated substrate
- Wrap with PET thermal transfer film and seal ultrasonically
- Apply vacuum (0.3-0.8Mpa) to ensure film adhesion
- Bake in oven at 160-180°C for 5-8 minutes
- Remove PET thermal transfer film by manual or mechanical blowing
