CW-01 Color Removal Chemical for Paper Manufacturing
CW-01 is a quaternary ammonium cationic polymer specifically formulated for paper manufacturing processes. This colorless or light-color liquid effectively removes color impurities and enhances paper quality.
Applications & Usage Methods
- Paper Pulp Circulation: Prevents chemical impurity sedimentation in paper pulp circulation systems. Add undiluted to short circulation at 300-500g/t dosage.
- Coated Broke System: Prevents latex particle caking in coated paper, improving reuse efficiency and paper quality. Add to coated paper pool pump at 300-1000g/t dosage.
- High White & Colored Paper: Reduces brightener and dye requirements in specialty paper production.
