Operating Principles

Lift type mixing proof valve is remotely operated by compressed air (normally closed before running)
Constructed with two independent plugs forming a leakage chamber to atmosphere
Leakage chamber closes during operation, allowing medium flow between pipelines
Clean-in-place (CIP) system cleans upper/lower stems and leakage chamber for high hygiene
Effective cleaning system allows direct washing of all internal valve body components
Can be applied to aseptic processing with steam in CIP pipeline creating an air isolation shield
