Sine pump design
A sinusoidal pump is a type of pump featuring a sine wave-shaped rotor that creates four moving chambers, which gently convey the duty fluid from the inlet port to the higher pressure discharge port. 1) Variable–frequency motor, speed could be adjusted by frequency converter(VFD), the adjustable range is big 10-90hz. Must need an additional frequency converter, otherwise, the speed couldn’t be adjusted.
2) Fixed speed reducer and motor, it also can be adjusted by frequency converter(VFD), the default output speed is around 300rpm, but the adjustable range is small, 30-60hz.
3.) Mechanical stepless speed variator, it no need additional VFD to control speed.
