Double Seal Mixproof Valve E-C series
DONJOY Double Seal Mixproof Valve E-C with two seals and a leakage chamber designed for safe separation of two different products, preventing the product contamination and convenient for monitoring the working condition. The valve is mostly used in CIP systems. Sanitary design meets US 3-A standard. It is widely used in the food processing industries, e.g. dairy, beverages and pharmaceutical.

Double Seal Mixproof Valve Working Principle
The E-C series mix proof valve is mainly composed of the actuator, connecting bracket, valve stem and valve body. The valve stem is driven by the actuator to move by rectilinear motion axially. When the valve stem moves upward, the upper and lower pipeline channels are opened; When the valve stem moves downward, the passage is closed. The valve stem is designed with two sealing rings and sealing surface of the valve body to form an independent sealing cavity, which communicates with the CIP valve and can be used for sealing and leak detection; or it can be played a role in anti-mixing monitoring when different media flow through the upper and lower pipelines.
