Description

The butterfly valve is mainly designed and used for all kinds of container equipment for powder,

torque,no much friction.when seal open and close,long life,no seal powder fall off,short valve

body,bear pressure can be adjusted

Working principle

To open valve, the seal will lose efficacy. But there will be no leaking.

The gas in the valve will be sealed once valve is closed, remaining no friction in sealing parts.

Technical advantages

To open and close valve, there won't be friction occurred in the sealing part.

Thus, there's no fear of contamination generated by friction of sealing part.

The material connected with others: AISI 316L / 1.4404

The material in other parts: AISI 304
Seal ring: EPDM FDA 177.2600

Internal surface finish: Ra ≤ 0.8μm

External surface finish: CNC fine machining
