IL-TOP-2001 mini digital valve positioner

It is a straight-stroke pneumatic valve positioner, which can be installed on various pneumatic valves, such as pneumatic ball valves, pneumatic globe valves, pneumatic diaphragm valves, pneumatic angle seat valves, pneumatic control valves, etc. After install, it can realize valve flow adjustment, automatic control, and valve position display. The product has good appearance, small size, simple and convenient installation, and can be operated and debugged without professionals.

Technical specifications

This controller can be used as a locator or processing controller.As a positioner,it can locate valve position by settling value.As a processing controller,MPU will receive signal from control unit by comparing setting position value of valve with actual position of  valve ,through PID control algorithm,processing controller will drive valve to exact target position of valve.

The controller is composed of MPU,detection unit of control signal,position detection,LCD display,keyboard,piezoelectric valve etc.
