DESCRIPTION

According to the product, and the characteristics of long secondary of automatic moving, we recommend choosing medium frequency power supply system. Lower electrode adopts full flat locating method, moving along with the Y-axis direction; The left and right side of platform has been equipped with one electrode respectively, and it will move along with the X-axis; Each welding head is equipped with one set of welding power source arranged in a straight line. After loading the work piece, start welding. The platform moves along with the Y-axis direction to the welding position as per preset position program. Then the welding heads move from both sides toward middle and weld this row. After welding this row, moves in Y-axis direction to another row. In the meantime, both sides of the platform work circularly until complete the welding.

This machine can complete loading and fixing the work piece at one time; It can automatically move and weld as per preset location; Electrodes can automatically enter grinding system to repair and maintain the electrodes; It can be better to guarantee stable welding points, improve products quality and production efficiency and reduce production cost.
