The backup power system integrates with mains 220V circuits and utilizes a post-processing rectifier power module to deliver 48V DC power during normal grid operation. The system simultaneously charges the battery while providing backup power during grid failures, ensuring uninterrupted DC power supply. Advanced battery management system (BMS) automatically cuts off power circuits when battery voltage drops too low, protecting battery lifespan and performance.
Battery system communicates with UPS systems via RS232 interface, transmitting critical parameters, alarm status information, protection data, and battery module settings. Operating at 1200bps communication rate, RS232 functionality is only active when DIP switch is set to Pack1 (Master Pack) mode.
When multiple battery packs operate in parallel, the main battery pack communicates via RS485 interface, enabling centralized monitoring and control of all connected battery packs from a PC interface.
