 260Wh/kg High energy density pouch lithium battery discription 


   SEPNi11100302P--3.7V50AHbattery cell  is was mass production on July 2nd and it the  first in the industry to achieve 260 wh / kg NCM pouch battery 
 

   The latest mass production 260Wh/kg NCM pouch lithium battery produced by Soundon New Energy is High nickel NCM system battery, It uses NCM622 cathode material, C anode material and ceramic coated separator. The energy density of the system after pack is above 171Wh/kg.

   

   By 2019, Soundon New Energy plans to launch a 300Wh/kg high-nickel NCM system battery using NCA/NCM811 cathode material, Si-C anode material, composite separator and functional electrolyte. By 2020, its will launch a 350Wh/kg high-nickel NCM system battery, using lithium manganese-based cathode materials, Si-C anode materials, composite separators and functional electrolytes

 

    After 1200 charge and discharge cycles in a normal temperature environment, the capacity retention rate reaches 89.5%. When the ambient temperature reaches 45 °C, after 1000 charge and discharge cycles. The capacity retention rate is 88.3%
