BFEC MF-Y-25 1'' Submerged Remote Pilot Pulse Jet Valve For Bag Filter

A remote pilot controlled pulse valve is a special type of valve used to control the operation of a pulse jet dust collector or bag dust collector.
In a pulse jet dust collector, the purpose is to clean the filter bags by periodically releasing short pulses or pulses of compressed air to remove accumulated dust.
This cleaning process helps maintain the dust collector's filtration efficiency. The remote pilot control pulse valve is an important part of the system.
The pilot valve receives a control signal from a remote control device such as a control panel or programmable logic controller (PLC).

When the control signal is received, the solenoid pilot valve opens, allowing the compressed air from the main air source to flow into the diaphragm chamber. This air pressure overcomes the spring force and lifts the diaphragm, then the valve open. As a result, high-pressure pulses of compressed air are released into the filter bag.

Once the control signal off, the pilot valve closes and the diaphragm is pushed back by the spring force, closing the valve seat and stopping the air flow.
