Structure and performance of pulse valve diaphragm

It is composed of single or multi-layer glued on both sides. There are also rubber free fabrics. According to its shape, the membrane pressing method is used. The properties of NBR and polysulfide rubber blends for diaphragms, the properties of rubber compounds for canvas disc diaphragms (often called diaphragms), and the properties of some silicone rubber, fluororubber and chlorohydrin rubber diaphragms developed in recent years are as follows.

The operating temperature range and pressure range of the diaphragm itself depend on the type of glue, fabric and structure. The diaphragm can work at - 50 ~ 100 ℃, 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa; the fluororubber and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at - 80 ~ 232 ℃. The chlorophenol rubber diaphragm can work under the pressure of 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa, with good air tightness, aging resistance, and the service life equal to that of engine overhaul.
