Application Field & Working Principle of 4V series 5/2 Way Pneumatic Solenoid Valve:
5/2 or 5/3 way AirTAC type pneumatic solenoid valves are used to control the flow of the compressed air with 12V DC, 24V DC, 110V AC and 220V AC, and widely applied in the industrial fields like chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, automotive, light industry, food, mineral processing, electroplating, metallurgy, textiles etc.
The pilot-operated two-position four-way or five-way (4/2-way or 5/2-way) solenoid valve pushes the valve stem in the valve by the intake pressure from the pilot hole to realize the gas (liquid) reversing function. Pilot-operated 4/2-way or 5/2-way solenoid valves are general purpose for both air and liquid due to different structure and sealing form.
