4V330C-10 3/8'' Double Solenoid 5/3 Way Close Center Pneumatic Solenoid Valve
AirTAC Type 4V330C-10 pneumatic solenoid valve is a 5/3 pneumatic valve with five ports, three positions and two solenoid coils. It is electrically controlled and is usually used to control a cylinder.
The 4V300 series has the following three types:
4V310-10 is a 5/2 pneumatic valve with 1 solenoid coil;
4V320-10 is a 5/2 pneumatic valve with 2 solenoid coils;
4V330-10 is a 5/3 pneumatic valve with 2 solenoid coils.
Installation instructions of 5/3-way pneumatic solenoid valve:
1. Before installation, please ensure that the valve is not damaged due to transportation.
2. It is recommended to use a medium lubricated by a 40 m filter element. Note flow direction and port size.
3. Please pay attention to whether the installation conditions meet the technical requirements (such as "voltage", "starting frequency", "working pressure" and "operating temperature range") before installing and using the equipment.
4. Pay attention to the direction of air flow during installation. P is the inlet, A (B) is the working outlet and R (S) is the exhaust outlet.
5. Take steps to avoid vibration and freezing.
6. Make sure the fittings and pipes are clean before using them. When connecting to fittings, make sure that the PTFE thread sealing tape is used correctly.
7. To prevent dust from entering, use a muffler at the exhaust. When disassembling, do not forget to install dust cover at inlet and outlet.
8. After installation, please test the valve by manually operating the valve first.
