Pulse jet valves common fault handling methods:

1.There is no installation of water, oil and sewage separation triple parts at the site. There is no sewage valve or sewage valve under the air bag has not been opened for a long time. Water and debris enter the valve, blocking small diaphragm air pins and small air outlets. As a result, the pulse solenoid valve cannot be turned off instantaneously, resulting in a "resonance phenomenon". The push rod was slammed and the diaphragm could not be reset normally.

Treatment: The quality of the compressed gas must be handled well: connect the freeze-drying, install the triple piece, install the automatic or manual drain valve in the air bag and manage and maintain it regularly. Then remove all diaphragms of the pulse solenoid valve, check if it has broken and need to be replaced, clean the internal piping of the pulse valve, or replace the entire pulse valve.

2.The pulse gap of the pulse solenoid valve is too frequent and the air bag capacity is too small, so that the residual pressure in the air bag after injection is too low, and the air supply pressure is insufficient. The last few valves in each air bag cannot be reset and leak.

Solution: Check the input of the pulse width of the pulse solenoid valve, and adjust the pulse width from 100ms to 200ms. Replace the solenoid pilot valve coil that has generated electromagnetic memory. Increase the air bag capacity according to the above improvement scheme. If it is not feasible, it is necessary to extend the blowing gap or increase the air bag pressure to ensure the speed of the air bag.
