M25 or M25V Diaphragm Repair Kit is used in Turbo 3/4'' & 1'' FP20, FM20, FP25, FM25, DP20, DM20, DP25, DM25, EP20, EM20, EP25, EM25, SQP20, SQM20, SQP25, SQM25, FDP20, FDM20, FDP25, FDM25 pulse jet valves. The M25 Diaphragm Repair Kit is the Nitrile Kit, for use with standard temperature applications. The M25V Diaphragm Repair Kit is the Viton Kit, for use with high temperature applications.
1. Diaphragm has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance, strong adhesion.
2. The size of the spring is consistent with that of the steel bowl in the diaphragm.
3. The large diaphragm has 6 mounting holes and the small diaphragm has 4 mounting holes.
4. The middle steel bowl is all made of stainless steel.
We produced series Turbo type diaphragm repair kits, it is nice replacement for Turbo diaphragm.

The diaphragm consists of one or more layers coated on both sides. Diaphragms of different materials can be manufactured according to the requirements of use. The working temperature and pressure range of the diaphragm itself depends on the type of rubber, fabric and structure. The diaphragm can work at -10~80℃, 0.4~0.8 MPa, and the fluororubber and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at -80~232℃.
