Waterproof 40U Outdoor Communications Cabinet With Remote Monitory System And Power Distribution
1. Cabinet Structure
(1) External Dimension W×D×H 900×900×2100mm
(2) One compartment;
(3) totally two doors; with special lock for outdoor cabinet (support padlock)
(4) Material: galvanized steel; double walls, thickness of outer plate: 1.2mm, thickness of inner plate: 0.8mm, with heat insulation between two walls.
2. Weatherproof Telecom Cabinet Features
- Material: good quality galvanized steel
- Surface treatment: degreasing, derusting, rustproof phosphating (or galvanizing), powder coated.
- Cabinet load bearing: ≥400kg
- Ingress protection: IP55
- Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
- Mechanical strength: each surface can bear upright pressure >980N; after the door is open, its outer end can bear upright pressure >200N.
- Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
- Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.

7. LED Lamp And Door Sensor
LED lamp and door sensor are installed at the top of the cabinet.
8. Floor mounting
- The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
- The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
- Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.
9. Cooling
Air conditioner
Cooling capacity: 2000W.
Power Supply: AC220V, 50Hz.
One installed on front door, the other on back door.
10. Packing and Shipping
Cabinet package use free fumigation woodcase which is suitable for export. This package is anti moisture, anti impact and srong to ensure safe transportation.
