1. Brief introduction
The intelligent outdoor cabinet series adopts a foam sandwich panel with a thickness of 20mm and EPS fireproof material inside, which is composed of an external box, internal sheet metal parts and accessories. The box is compact in structure, easy to install, excellent in sealing performance, and IP55 in protection grade.
The cabinet is divided into equipment cabinet, power cabinet and battery cabinet according to its functions.
The integrated outdoor cabinet for the base station adopts single-bin cabinet and double-bin cabinet. The dimensions of single-bin cabinet are: external dimension W x D x H: 900mmx900mmx2100mm
Equipment cabinet: It is mainly integrated with AC power distribution unit, dynamic loop monitoring unit, auxiliary direct-through fan and LED lighting.
Door and lock :It is mainly integrated with AC power distribution unit, dynamic loop monitoring unit, auxiliary direct-through fan and LED lighting. The cabinet door adopts embedded structure, and the gap between the doors is compact. The door opening angle is>110 °, and the cabinet door contains a limit structure. The door limit device has a limit function when the door is in the "open" state. The door lock adopts a three-point structure of pull rod and lock plate, which is firm in structure and strong in anti-theft.
2. 40U Galvanzied Steel Cabinet Features:
Enclosures constructed for either indoor or outdoor use to provide a degree of protection to personnel against access to hazardous parts.
To provide a degree of protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against ingress of solid foreign objects (falling dirt)
To provide a degree of protection with respect to harmful effects on the equipment due to the ingress of water (rain, sleet, snow); that will be undamaged by the external formation of ice on the enclosure

- The box has the characteristics of dust prevention, sun protection, rain protection, etc., and is fully adapted to the outdoor environment.
- The equipment cabinet adopts air conditioning for heat dissipation (heat exchanger can also be selected as heat dissipation equipment), with MTBF ≥ 50000h.
- The cabinet is equipped with lighting fixtures.
- The cabinet layout is reasonable, and the cable introduction, fixation and grounding are convenient for operation and maintenance; Power line, signal line and optical cable have independent inlet holes, which will not interfere with each other.
- Cables used in the cabinet are made of flame retardant materials.
