Product Overview of 8U IP55 Pole Mount Cabinet
This 8U pole mount outdoor telecom cabinet is designed for space-constrained outdoor deployments. Constructed from 1.2mm galvanized sheet with a single-layer structure, it features polyester powder coating in RAL7035 for excellent corrosion and UV resistance. The cabinet measures 500mm × 600mm × 450mm (H×W×D) and offers 8U of internal 19-inch rack space. The IP55 protection rating ensures dust resistance and protection against low-pressure water jets, making it suitable for various outdoor environments. The anti-theft three-point locking system and inner hinge design provide security and a clean appearance. Cable routing is through the bottom, and front door access allows for easy front-side maintenance without rear clearance.
For thermal management, the cabinet is equipped with 2 fans controlled by a thermal controller, operating on 220VAC 50Hz to maintain optimal internal temperatures. A modular power socket (American standard) is included for convenient AC power distribution. Optional features include a 48VDC LED light for nighttime servicing and an access control system for enhanced security. The pole-mounted design allows rapid deployment on street poles, telecommunication towers, or roadside infrastructure. Its compact footprint and customizable dimensions make it ideal for applications where space is at a premium.
