Product Overview of 18kw Rectifier System
Designed for carrier-grade reliability and high-density power delivery, the ET-Series 18kW rectifier system ensures uninterrupted DC power for telecommunications central offices, medium-to-large data centers, and industrial environments. The system operates from 220V AC single-phase inputs and produces a finely regulated DC output ranging from –43V to –58V, with a standard setting of –53.5V. Delivering up to 18kW and achieving conversion efficiencies above 96% across its typical load spectrum, it substantially reduces both energy usage and the cooling demands that come with it.
Built with continuous operation in mind, the unit accommodates up to six hot-swappable 3000W rectifier modules, allowing N+1 or higher redundancy configurations. Each module weighs under 2kg and uses forced-air cooling, active Power Factor Correction (≥0.99), and low Total Harmonic Distortion (THDi ≤5%) to ensure smooth grid interaction and stable output. All components are housed in a 5U, 19-inch rack-mountable chassis rated IP20, with front-access hot-swap capability that simplifies maintenance. Rear-mounted copper busbars provide a low-impedance, high-current connection path.
