Introduction of ET48300 18KW DC48V Telecom Power Supply
The ET48300-005 is a smart high efficient telecom rectifier system that engineered for demanding applications, such as telecom base stations (including 4G and 5G), data centers. The DC Rack Power System accepts 220VAC single phase input, and delivers a resilient, high-capacity DC power of higher than 96% efficiency, providing a stable, adjustable output from –43VDC to –58VDC (typically –53.5VDC). The system adopts 6*3000w rectifier module and N+1 redundancy design, and can power telecom equipment with a maximum of 18kw output, and Its industrial-grade standard and forced cooling allow it to be used in various environments.
This telecommunication power supply is equipped with a comprehensive tiered load protection mechanism on the DC output side. By configuring LLVD (Low Voltage Load Disconnect), BLVD (Battery Low Voltage Load Disconnect), and BATT (Battery) circuit breakers, the system enables precise control over loads with different priority levels.
LLVD of ET48300 18KW DC48V Telecom Power Supply
For LLVD (Low Voltage Load Disconnect) , the system provides a total of 7 output branches: two 32A/1P, two 40A/1P, and three 63A/1P. These branches are used for non-critical loads that can be temporarily interrupted. When the battery voltage drops to a preset threshold, the LLVD automatically disconnects these circuits first, reserving the remaining battery capacity for core communication equipment and effectively extending the runtime of critical services.

For BLVD (Battery Low Voltage Load Disconnect) , the system is configured with six smaller-capacity output branches: two 6A/1P, two 10A/1P, and two 16A/1P. These are dedicated to the most critical loads, such as communication transceivers, controllers, or transmission units. The BLVD threshold is set lower than the LLVD threshold, meaning these circuits are disconnected only when the battery voltage drops to a critically low level. This design maximizes the continuity of essential communication services under extreme power conditions. The system is also equipped with two 125A/1P battery circuit breakers for connecting backup battery banks.
Maintenance of ET48300 18KW DC48V Telecom Power Supply
This rectifier power supply adopts a top-in and top-out cabling design. This design means that only a small space needs to be left behind the power supply for heat dissipation, and no need big space for cables. Maintenance can be carried out directly from the front of the cabinet without adding a cabinet door. This greatly saves cabinet space and reduces the size and cost of the cabinet.
