Introduction of 9kw Hybrid Rectifier Power System
The 9kw hybrid rectifier power system is a 19-inch sub-rack for both main power and pure solar module power system produced by ESTEL, aiming to improve the utility of energy and lower the power cost. With its 8U height compact design, it provides high quality DC power for fiber and microwave transmission, access devices, switches, 4G/5G telecom base stations, remote sites with harsh environment, industrial communication systems, microwave and optical fiber repeater stations, etc.
The sub-rack adopts both 220V AC input and photovoltaic (PV) input (from solar panels), delivering a stable -48V DC output to power communication equipment. This dual-input architecture enables seamless integration of renewable energy, reducing reliance on the grid and lowering operational costs.
Output of 9kw Hybrid Rectifier Power System
Rectifier Module – Converts 220V AC to -48V DC, with a maximum output capacity of 9kW(3kW*3). It delivers high efficiency (>96%) power and supports wide input voltage range for grid stability.
PV Module – Converts solar DC input to regulated -48V DC, also capable of up to 9kW (3kW*3) output. The module includes maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technology to optimize energy harvest from solar panels under varying sunlight conditions.

Controller of 9kw Hybrid Rectifier Power System
The 9kw hybrid rectifier power system is equipped with a MC2600 controller, which is the new generation DC power controller. The controller adopts ARM32-bit Cortex-M4 CPU as primary processor. MC2600 offers many features and functions, and a more robust, user-friendly, and easy-to-use interface. The controller provides powerful hybrid power management functions, including management of diesel generator, VRLA and lithium-ion batteries and solar modules.
