Product Description

This is a turnkey outdoor power shelter designed to house an entire telecom power system. The unit comes with a pre-wired electrical core including a power distribution unit (PDU) with AC SPDs, DC breakers (BLVD/LLVD), rectifier slots, and dedicated battery compartments. It serves as a fully integrated power and equipment enclosure, minimizing on-site installation time and providing immediate backup power for critical infrastructure.

Operation Guide

Electrical Integration: Connect the incoming AC grid to the main AC input breaker on the PDU. Then, wire the DC output from the rectifiers to the LLVD/BLVD breakers to distribute power to telecom loads and backup batteries.

Battery Installation: Place the battery modules onto the designated bottom platforms. Connect the battery cables to the BAT breaker on the PDU, ensuring strict polarity adherence.

Equipment Mounting: Mount 19-inch telecom devices into the 40U rack rails. Use the side cable lacing bars to secure and route signal cables, preventing interference with airflow.

Commissioning: With the door open, verify the LED light illuminates, check the temperature/humidity sensor readings, and confirm the air conditioner and fans activate automatically within the set thermostat range.

Maintenance: Periodically inspect the air inlet filter at the bottom of the door. Clean or replace it when clogged to maintain efficient thermal performance and protect internal electronics from dust.
