2. Description

2.1 Brief

The cabinet is two compartments cabinet. The cabinet cooling use air conditioner, to ensure the equipments operate normally at stable temperature range, so as to make the service life of the equipments much longer and their performance more stable.

2.2 Structure

The cabinet, made of galvanized steel, is divided into equipment compartment and battery compartment. The cabinet is easy for installation, and with good sealing performance.

Equipment Compartment: The right part and left part of the cabinet are equipment compartments, the cabinet body has heat insulation foam, which can keep the temperature inside the cabinet.

Cabinet Door and Lock: The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock. There’s open door alarm sensor, which works together with the environment monitoring unit.

2.3 Cabinet Door and Lock

The cabinet includes two front door. The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock.

2.3.1 Door lock theft proof design

Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

2.4 Cable Inlet

Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.

2.5 Grounding Protection

• The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
• The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
• Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.

2.6 Connection and Fastening

• Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
• Door hinges use inner hinge mode.

2.7 Appearance and Surface Treatment

Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.

3. Applications

The DDTE036 Outdoor Telecom Equipment Cabinet is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

4. Features

• The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.
• Three cooling options for the cabinet: fans, heat exchanger or air conditioner.
• -48V lamp is installed inside the cabinet.
• The cabinet is installed with Environment Monitoring Unit, door alarm, temperature and humidity sensor, smoke sensor, water sensor etc., which can work together to monitor the inside environment of the cabinet.
• The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There’re entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
• All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.
• Cabinet size can be custom made.
