The cabinet is suitable for outdoor environment, such as road side, park, building roof, mountain area, flat ground, etc.
The cabinet can be installed with base station equipments, power supply equipments, batteries, temperature control equipments, transmission equipments and other equipments, or the cabinet can reserve installation space and heat exchange capacity for the above equipments, providing reliable mechanical and environmental protection for normal operation of the internal equipments.

3. Cabinet Features
- The cabinet is weatherproof, such as sun-proof, dust-proof and waterproof, which is used in outdoor environment.
- Cabinet cooling: air conditioner and auxiliary direct ventilation fans. MTBF≥50000h.
- Cabinet load bearing: ≥600kg
- Ingress protection: IP55( we can also support IP65)
- The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
- All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.
- The cabinet includes grounding bar.
- Surface treatment: degreasing, derusting, rustproof phosphating (or galvanizing), powder coated.
- Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
- Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
- Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.
- Mechanical strength: each surface can bear upright pressure >980N; after the door is open, its outer end can bear upright pressure >200N.

6. Cabinet Details Introduction
6.1 Components Installation
- LED lamp, LED lamp sensor, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the cabinet.
- Environment monitoring unit and PDU are installed on 19” rack.
- Water sensor is installed at the bottom of the cabinet.
- Temperature and humidity sensor is installed at the side inside the cabinet.
- Air Conditioner and fans are installed on the door of the cabinet.
6. 2 Cable Entry
Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.
6.3 Grounding Protection
- The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
- The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
- Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar
6.4 Door lock theft proof design
Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

6.5 Door Connection and Fastening
The cabinet use inside door hinges,inside installation,inside fixing, no outer screws and embedded cabinet door, these design can protect cabinet against the theft and water access. Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
6.6 Surface Treatment
The surface of cabinet is made of special outdoor anticorrosive powder coating, the color is grey.
