4. Cabinet Applications:
The ET9090220-EQ Outdoor Telecom Equipment Cabinet is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as communication/network integrated service, 4G system, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.
19” Outdoor Rack cabinets especially designed for outdoor use: thermo-insulated and self-cooling double wall for better protection of the electronics, servers, CCTV, telecommunications, voice,data, fibre-optics etc. Ideal for protecting electronic equipment against temperature change
5. Cabinet Features:
4.1 The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.
4.2 The cabinet cooling uses air conditioner and fans.
4.3 Including -48VDC illumination lamp.
4.4 The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. At the bottom of the cabinet, there are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
4.5 All the cables, sealing and heat insulation used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.
4.6 The cabinet includes 19” standard installation rack.
4.7 Material: good quality galvanized steel
4.8 Surface treatment: degreasing, derusting, rustproof phosphating (or galvanizing), powder coated.
4.9 Cabinet load bearing: ≥400kg
4.10 Ingress protection: IP55
4.11 Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
4.12 Mechanical strength: each surface can bear upright pressure >980N; after the door is open, its outer end can bear upright pressure >200N.
4.13 Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
4.14 Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.
6. Telecom Cabinet Door Limit
(1) The door limit device can limit the door position when it is open.
(2) The door limit function is automatically activated when the door is open, and should be canceled manually when the door is closed
7. Cabinet Installation
7.1 Position of installation holes at cabinet base are as follows:
7.2 Users prefabricate concrete base.
7.3 Cabinet fixing
Method 1: Pre-embed 4pcs M10×150 anchor bolts on the concrete base. Distance between bolts are as that in diagram 1. Bolt exposed height is 40mm. Put the cabinet on the concrete base, align anchor bolts, then screw on nuts, and tighten them with wrench.
Method 2: the cabinet accessories are equipped with M10*120 expansion bolts, directly drilling according to the size of the diagram, put the cabinet on the concrete base. Align the installation holes, insert expansion bolts and tighten them.
7.4 According to site situation, put the cabinet on the concrete base with forklift, crane or manually, and fix it on the concrete base with bolts.
8. Cabinet Connection and Fastening:
(1) Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
(2) Door hinges use inner hinge mode.inside installation,inside fixing, no outer screws and embedded cabinet door, these design can protect cabinet against the theft and water access. Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
