1.Air Conditioner Cooling Outdoor Telecom Enclosure Overview
Air Conditioner Cooling Outdoor Telecom Enclosure provides flexible size options, offers the ideal enclosure solution to build the whole base station inside. It offers standard 19” rack, and has provision of floor mounting, pole mounting, wall mounting optional. This series enclosures offer all the protection needed for outdoor requirements.

3.Cable Inlet
Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.
4. Components Installation
4.1 LED lamp, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the enclosure.
4.2Environment Monitoring Unit and PDU are installed on 19” rack.
4.3 Air Conditioners and fans are installed on the door of the enclosure.
5. Grounding Protection
5.1The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
5.2The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
5.3Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.
6. Theft Proof Design
6.1 Door lock theft proof design
Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

6.2 Connection and Fastening
Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
Door hinges use inner hinge mode.
6.3 Appearance and Surface Treatment
Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
