Double Bay Outdoor Enclosure offers standard 19” racking rails, is a new design for telecom projects and surveillance projects. These enclosures have provision of floor mounting. This series enclosures offer all the protection needed for outdoor requirements.Ultimate security is provided by a three-point locking system.

3.1 Highly stable and rigid construction,W*D*H 1600*800*2000mm
3.2 The enclosure is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.

3.3 Good quality galvanized steel

3.4 The cabinet includes 19” standard installation rack.

3.5 Optional accessaries:The cabinets system can support Electrical equipments, PDU, Mornitoring system and etc.
3.6 Switching mode power supplies are available upon request.

3.7 The cabinet cooling uses air conditioner and fans.

3.8 Including -48VDC illumination lamp.

3.9 The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. At the bottom of the cabinet, there are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.

3.10 All the cables, sealing and heat insulation used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials, which comply with GB5169.7 test A

3.11 Surface treatment: degreasing, derusting, rustproof phosphating (or galvanizing), powder coated.

3.12 IP55 protection level.

3.13 The insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).

3.14 The withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.

4. Applications

Double Bay Outdoor Enclosure is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as 4G/5G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

5. Components Installation

5.1 LED lamp, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the enclosure.

Environment Monitoring Unit and PDU are installed on 19” rack.

5.2 Air Conditioners and fans are installed on the door of the enclosure.
