1. General Description
The cabinets system can support different kinds of electrical equipments based on custom needs. The cabinet have 2 front doors and 2 rear doors with three-point lock to support the padlock. The sunproof rainproof aluminium outdoor cabinet offers the ideal enclosure solution to build the whole base station inside. The top cover shall have a rain cover. This cabinet is an outdoor cabinet and the protection level is up to IP65.
The cabinet body is aluminum, the single layer is 2 mm thick, and the heat-proof cotton is attached. The inner part is iron. The cabinet shall be provided with grounding protection.
Anti-corrosion outdoor powder coating, anti-ultraviolet. Color: gray, ral7035.
The equipment cabinet is installed on the ground, and the installation accessories such as anchor bolts shall be provided

3. Leading Time
Usually about 10-15 days. The actual lead time wiil be according to the order quantity .
4. Installation method
The equipment installed on the back panel inside the cabinet. The incoming line is at the bottom and four rectangular holes are opened at the bottom. Each rectangular hole is provided with a one-piece removable insulation board (bakelite), and the thickness of the bakelite is 5-6 mm.
5. Theft Proof Design
5.1 Three theft lock theft proof design
Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 "Mechanical Anti-theft Lock"class B requirement,supporting padlock.
5.2 Connection and fastening
The cabinet use bearer connection and anti-loose threaded connection as structure, and use hot dip galvanized anchor bolts for fixing cabinet . Door hings use inner hinge mode.
6. Packing
The export wooden case shall be packed with the bottom . The wooden case be printed with the transportation mark. The size of the wooden case be designed reasonably and the goods shall not be damaged.
