1. Cabinet Instructions

This series cabinet is designed for outdoor environment. It’s waterproof, dustproof. It has the decathlon of rain proof, dust-proof, ventilation and heat dissipation, anti ultraviolet (anti-aging), anti-theft, anti rust, acid and alkali corrosion (seaside and factory environment), anti electromagnetic interference (anti lightning EMP), multi-purpose wide environment (hanging pole, hanging wall, landing) and rapid installation. It is applied to safe city, intelligent transportation, scenic spot monitoring, forest area monitoring, water conservancy monitoring and etc.Modular structure design is adopted in the box, and electrical equipment can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the situation.

2. Cabinet Features

2.1 The cabient is made of 1.2mm thick Q235B high quality cold rolled steel plate

2.2 RAL9016 traffic white, beautiful color, high reflectivity and low heat absorption in sunlight

2.3 The cabinet body adopts seamless welding, and any surface of the box body can withstand the external pressure of more than 100kg without deformation

2.4 Adopt triangle turn tongue lock, unique lock hole anti blocking device, prevent dust and foreign matter from blocking, prevent universal key from opening

2.5 The cabinet door can be opened up to 230 degree at most; the connection between the box and the door is made of aluminum alloy bearing hinge to realize electrical connection and conduction, forming a complete electromagnetic shielding shell

 2.6 There are side package air inlet and top air outlet on the left and right sides of the box body

2.7 After degreasing, pickling, passivation (rust prevention) and phosphating, the professional outdoor plastic powder is baked, which will not be powdered, cracked or turned yellow in the outdoor exposure environment
