3. Cabinet Key features
(1) The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.
(2) Cabinet cooling system: air conditioners
(3) The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are cable inlet individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
(4) All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.
(5)Protection grade :IP55.
(6) Security design: Embedded doors, embedded hinges, 3-point security locks.
4. Grounding Protection
(1)The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
(2)The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar.
(3)Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
(4)Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.
5. Components Installation
(1) LED lamp, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the cabinet.
(2) Environment Monitoring Unit and PDU are installed on 19” rack.
(3) Air Conditioner and fans are installed on the door of the cabinet.
6. Appearance and Surface Treatment
Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
