1. Application Scope
The Telecom Cabinet is mainly used in communication base station, such as 4G/5G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.
2. Cabinet Introduction
2.1 Cabinet Material
The cabinet is made of galvanized steel, single wall, thickness: 1.2mm, with 40mm PEF.
2.2 Cabinet Structure
The cabinet includes 42U 19” rail for equipment installation.
2.3 Cabinet Door and Lock
The cabinet includes one front door, totally one door. The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is up to 110°and the
door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof four point lock, supporting padlock. Include keys for opening the door.
3. Features
3.1 The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, used in outdoor environment.
3.2 The cabinet cooling uses DC48V 1500W air conditioner.
3.3 Including one 48VDC illumination LED lamp, installed on cabinet top.
3.4 Including two door sensor, one is used for LED lamp on/off, other one is used for open door alarm.
3.5 The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are cable inlets at the bottom of the cabinet.

Storage temperature: -50°C ~ + 70°C
Transport temperature: -50°C ~ + 70°C

Air pressure: 62kPa ~ 101kPa (similar to 0m ~ 5000m altitude)
(2) Material: good quality galvanized steel
(3) Surface treatment: powder-coat paint, outdoor polyester light gray RAL 7035 coating
(4) Ingress protection: IP55
(5) Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
(6) Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
(7) Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.

5. Electrical Devices
5.1 Service Light
Service light is used to get additional light inside the cabinet. Service light is 48VDC, installed at the top of the cabinet.
5.2 Air Conditioner
The cabinet includes one DC48V air conditioner, installed on the door of the cabinet.
5.3 Power Distribution Unit

6. Grounding Protection
The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
7. Connection and Fastening
(1) Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
(2) Door hinges use inner hinge mode.
8. Cabinet Installation Method-Floor Mount
8.1 Position of installation holes at cabinet base are as follows:
8.2 Users prefabricate concrete base.
8.3 Pre-embed 4pcs M10×120 anchor bolts on the concrete base. Distance between bolts are as that in diagram 1. Bolt exposed height is 40mm.
Put the cabinet on the concrete base, align anchor bolts, then screw on nuts, and tighten them with wrench.
8.4 According to site situation, put the cabinet on the concrete base with forklift, crane or manually, and fix it on the concrete base with bolts.

11. Packing, Transport and Storage
11.1 Packing
The cabinet packing is wooden case, damp proof and shock proof. The outside of the packing is painted with damp proof sign, shock proof sign, direction sign, etc.
11.2 Transport
The cabinet can be transported by various transportation ways. During the transportation, the environment temperature should be -40°C~+70°C, the relative humidity should be ≤90%(at +30°C). There should be a awning to prevent the product from rain and sunshine. Loading, unloading and moving of the product should be carried according to the transportation signs painted on the packing.
11.3 Storage
In the warehouse, the acid gas, Alkaline gas or other harmful gas should comply with the environment protection requirement. Storage temperature: -5°C~45°C, relative humidity≤75%.
