ESTEL Products offers engineering and design services to produce unique solutions that meet our customers’ specific needs. Our team combines years of experience with top-notch technologies to ensure our enclosures are tough, functional, efficient and versatile.

Our team uses the latest 3D-modeling software to design our enclosures, so customers can see a virtual rendering of their enclosure This allows them to evaluate the design and review the details without even leaving their office.

• FULL DESIGN CAPABILITY

We can provide full design capabilities to our customers. We begin by defining the customer’s issues and conducting research to identify the best solution. Then, we specify design criteria to ensure we incorporate all of the customer’s needs. When the design proposal is approved, we build a prototype for testing. This helps us amend and improve the enclosure–when we have a successful prototype, we build the final product.

• MODIFIED & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Most of our customers begin the project by reviewing our standard product. However, in cases where they can’t find a product that meets their needs, we will help develop the proper solution for the application. Whether that means modifying our standard products with different elements or technologies, or designing a custom product, we can build the enclosure the meets virtually any customer’s needs.

INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS

We build integrated solutions. This means that our enclosures are delivered to our customers with everything pre-installed, from the climate control system to fiber (which is installed by certified associates in a clean environment) to insulation and more.

Factory integration is much more efficient and economical than field integration. With an ESTEL Products enclosure, you just have to prepare the site and install the enclosure, then have your tech wire it to your network/power supply. You don’t have to call in someone to install fiber, attach a heater, build in a grounding terminal, or hook up power receptacles. In addition, it’s easier to control quality in the safety of a factory setting.

Products enclosures result in faster deployment when they reach the field, higher quality of installations, and less costs.

And that starts with building our own high-quality, yet cost-effective, packaged to protect our equipment from the time it leaves our facility to its arrival at your location.

• SHIPPING

Ship by sea, by air, by express are optional.

If it's a prototype, and it's urgent, you can choose air transportation.

If it is a batch order, sea shipping is a good choice, and the freight is cheap.

The product is packed in wooden cases. The wooden cases are free fumigated plywood, comply with the international trade export standards.
