1. Product Introduction:
We are supplying the aluminum cooling plate in different forms and technologies,including extruded type aluminum cooling plate,which is serpentine aluminum tube,and brazing type aluminum cooling plate which is deep process of the aluminum sheet.There are used for different battery packing,but the application is the same,which is all used for electrical vehicel battery cooling.
We are not only manufacturer, but also design and development company, better heat exchanger solutions are our specialty.
We have done lots of project for heat cooling, electrical vehicle, also called new energy car battery cooling, solar usage cooling, 5G parts cooling, unmanned aerial vehicle cooling and almost all industrial cooling application.
For the serpentine aluminum tube,it is also called snake tube and water cooling plate.
Snake tube is made by our extruded channel tube, we have many mold for many kind of flow channel port.
Water cooling plate is made by plate, we can assist in design for many channel type and different size. Mounting holes can also be made by us.
Besides, we also have our own CNC center, so we can make inlet and outlet connector or bulk head fitting per customers’ request.

Both 3003 and 3102 are the alloys with very good anti-corrosion property,so they are widely used for heat exchange.
