Description
This capsule slip ring is also called commutator, collector, swivel, a rotary electrical interface or an electrical rotary joint, with lower torque and lower electrical noise than competitive slip rings. It can be used in any electromechanical system that needs transferring power or data from a stationary part to a rotating part with an unrestrained and continuous rotation.
It has an independent design patent for the invention, the series of slip ring of cost-effective, high transmission rate and stable performance.
LPC-24A slip ring capsule is a standard, off-the-shelf unit that uses gold contacts at the rotary interface. Color-coded lead wires are used on both the stator and rotor for simplifying electrical connections, allowing high data rate signal transmission and providing smoother running, lower torque and lower electrical noise than competitive slip rings.
Contact part adopts rare metal and solid gold plating process, making the slip ring of long wear-resisting and antioxidant properties, and ensuring a long service life.
