high pressure solenoid valve Installation Precautions
1, should refer to the product before installation manual, meets your requirements.
2, the pipeline should be washed before using a clean, medium dirty filter should be installed to prevent impurities interfere with the normal operation of the solenoid valve.
3, the solenoid valve for a long time after the closure, easy to use should be emptying after coagulation; washable when then put away the parts according to the order of restitution installed.
4. solenoid valve is generally working, not reversed, the arrow is the direction of movement of the valve pipeline fluid must be consistent.
5, the solenoid valve should be back to work in freezing place a heat treatment, or set the insulation measures.
6, the solenoid valve is installed general body level, coil vertically upward, some products can be any installation, but the best vertical when conditions permit, in order to increase service life.
7, after the electromagnetic coil leads (connectors) connected, should confirm whether the firm, contact coupling electrical components should not shake loose will cause the solenoid valve does not work. Continuous production of solenoid valves to work, preferably bypass, easy maintenance, without affecting production.
