U-type steel sheet pile
U steel sheet pile is most common sheet pile with obvious features such as :high intensity, water-proof property and so on. In bridge construction, u steel sheet pile has gradually played an important role.
Z-type steel sheet pile
Compared to U type sheet piles, Z sheet pile could provide a larger section modulus with lower material cost (lower weight), which is much more economic than traditional U sheet piles. One advantage of Z sheet pile is that during installation, the flange of the pile will be on the same line, which will be very convenient for the installation of waling beams.
