Paintability

Level and broad surface of disc enables the coating surface to be broden copied and to be sticked on the space. Especially, Phosphate treatment has excellent adhesion of paints and suitable for the kinds of paining and coating.

Durability

Zinc is electrically adhered to the base metal and the layer of coating is very even, when it is exposed. The condernsed surface of zinc carbonate is created, it has very unique durability, phosphate treated sheet and anti-finger printed sheet, and Cr-Free anti-fingerprint iron sheet has even better features.

Weldability

 Zn coated iron sheet is widened under the pressure and inferior to CR iron sheet in regards to the electrical conducivity and welded. but it is easiest iron sheet of all for welding and make SPOT wenlding and SEAM welding possible.

Formability

Coating amount is rather samaller than hot dip coated steel sheet and less susceptible to the thermal effect during the manufactur process. the product. the product can hold the same level of characteristic as CR and formability.

Conductivity

Anti-fingerprint resin treatment(without phosphate surface treatment, insulator) ensure the excellent electric conductivity which has lower resistance of below 0.1mm resistance
